How someone could pepper-spray anyone for a discounted Xbox is beyond my understanding. I know there are evil people in this world like the one spreading the bestessays.com scam but I just don't understand how physical violence comes into the equation when in it comes to shopping. You don't hurt people just because of an Xbox! I heard that the police aren't planning to arrest the woman who pepper-sprayed other customers but think she should at least serve community service.
