Am 19.Februar 2013 gibt es erneut ein weltweites Google Doodle auf den Google Startseiten. Das Google Doodle feiert den 540. Geburtstag von Nikolaus Kopernikus. Nikolaus Kopernikus war ein Mathematiker und Astronom aus Polen. He her das heliozentrische Weltbild des Sonnensystems beschrieben, das die Sonne im Mittelpunkt unseres Unsiversum stehen lässt und nicht mehr die Erde. Das Doodle ist animiert und zeigt eben genau dieses Weltbild. Welche Planeten dort zu sehen sind kann im ausführlichen Artikel von Simon Rüger weitergelesen werden.

There is again a nice animated Google Doodle outcoming on February 19th, 2013. It is again a worldwide Google Doodle which is shown on every Google homepage worldwide. The Doodle celebrates the 540th birthday of Nicoluas Copernicus. Copernicus was an astronomer and mathematican from Poland. He created a heliocentric model. This model places the sun at the center of the whole unsiverse. Before him the earth was placed there.
It is a very nice Doodle.

There will be a Google Doodle about Douglas Adams on March 11th, 2013. Douglas Adams was an English writer, humorist und dramatist. He is the author of the well-known „The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy“. The Google Doodle is interactive. Each click on the handheld continues the story. The left corner is very funny! And don't forget: The answer to life the universe and everything is 42! It is a very nice Doodle for a man who died at the age of 49 of a myocardial infarcation. Happy Birthday Douglas Adams!

There will be a new Google Doodle on February 22nd, 2013. It is a worldwide Google Doodle for Edward Gorey. It will be shown on every Google homepage. Edward Gorey was an American artist, writer and illustrator. He got famous with his black-white hatched comics. He classified his own work on nonsense literature. The Google Doodle shows some work of him.
It is a very nice Google Doodle for his 88th birthday.

Es gibt ein neues Google Doodle am 22.Feburar 2013. Es ist ein weltweites Doodle für Edward Gorey. Edward Gorey war ein amerikanischer Autor, Künstler und Illustrator. Er wurde vor allem durch seine schwarz-weiß schraffieten Zeichnungen bekannt. Er selbst ordnet seine Bücher ind ie Kategorie „Nonsense“ ein. Das Doodle zeigt einige seiner Zeichnungen und ihn selbst. Es ist ein schönes Doodle das im Verhältnis zu früheren Doodles überimensional in die Breite geht. Alles gute zum 88. Geburtstag Edward Gorey!

Zum International Women's Day 2013 (Internationaler Frauentag) am 8. März gibt es wieder ein hübsches Google Doodle auf vielen Google Startseiten zu sehen. Auf den ersten Blick nimmt man die 6 Google-Buchtstaben im Doodle gar nicht wahr.

Google shows a St. Patrick's Day Google Doodle on its homepage. It will be shown not in every country but in serveral like Ireland, England and the United States. The Doodle is animated. 5 women and 1 man dancing a typical Irish dance. It seems as if they have great fun doing this. I wish you all an happy St. Patrick's Day!
