I've searched the shelves of grocers and discovered the only real juice that's not packed with excess sugar in the form of high fructose corn syrup is V8 100% Vegetable Juice. If the kids won't eat their vegetables (or fruit) try juicing them together to obtain dozens of necessary nutrients within their growing bodies.
